Help Achieve Justice & Healing for Abused Children

Donate or volunteer and help CALICO achieve justice and healing for abused children!

In support of CALICO, Bruce will be volunteering at a water stop at the Oakland Running Festival on Sunday, March 24, 2019. In addition to serving fluids and cheering on the runners - which he had a blast doing last year - he also said he would like to raise money to help children who have been mistreated.

Please consider making a donation to help Bruce reach his fundraising goal of $1,000. And if you live in the Bay Area and would like to join Bruce as a volunteer on the morning the 24th, then email his Dad, who is on the Board of CALICO and is captain of the soon-to-be famous Water Stop No. 3 (mile 6).

All of the funds Bruce raises will go to CALICO services for abused children, including forensic-interviews, coordinated investigations and family support.

This year, approximately 700-800 abused children will come to CALICO's offices in Oakland, CA in need of services to help place them on the road to health, safety and recovery. CALICO's work helps children who have been abused grow into healthy, happy adults and creates safer and more productive communities for us all.
